    Hi Neil,
    What do you see/not see on your phone/Innovv app? Is the app unable to connect or cannot start? Maybe you can add a screenshot.
    Which Innovv app have you installed?
    Do you have a virus scanner on your iPhone that blocks the app?
    Does the blue LED on the remote light up continuously or does it flash?
    Can you put your iPhone in airplane mode and manually establish a WiFi connection?
    Do you have the option to test with an Android phone?
    What have you already tried?

      I am having the same issue, IOS app won’t connect to camera system. Deleted and reinstalled Innovv app on iPhone. Updated K3 firmware today (4/14/24). App won’t connect to camera, followed the step by step video on website. Read somewhere the app doesn’t work with IOS 14 or above, which has been out for long time.

      Any suggestions?

        Hi Carl, The trick is to put the iPhone in Airplane mode and then manually establish a WiFi connection with your K3.

        It has nothing to do with the app, it only concerns the connection between the Innovv camera and the iPhone.
