    The other day I noticed my remote only displayed a green flashing camera icon. A slow start flash, once per second.

    I have found on these forums this indicates a connection issue. A connection with network, app or K3 unit I am not sure. I’ll

    I have disconnected and cleaned and reconnected hard wired parts.

    I have formatted and downloaded the latest firmware.

    I have removed and installed the app again.

    I have tried the hard reset using the remote button but this has not worked. I tried 10s and 30+s.

    Still though I am unable to connect to the app as no Innovv WiFi network found.

    Before formatting (fat32) the memory card I noted the last recording was around the time I noticed this fault suggesting that this is also causing the loss of recordings too.

    Any idea or assistance at all?

    Hi Christopher,
    A green flashing camera symbol does not indicate a connection problem. It means that there is no recording. See also the manual.
    The cause may be that the SD card is not properly inserted, is defective or does not meet the requirements for an Innovv camera. Use an SD card of at least U3. Formatting is best done using the Innovv app.
    You do not mention which brand/type of phone you are trying to connect to. iPhones sometimes have problems connecting to Innovv. In that case, the tip is to put your iPhone in airplane mode and manually make a wifi connection with the K3.
