K3 rear camera doesn’t work
Rear camera stop working. No video from rear camera and when I tried to see image from rear camera on app – I just saw image from front camera. I did troubleshooting and found out next.
– cable for rear camera look an feel good
– when I tried reversed cameras to recognize if rear camera doesn’t work I just found out if I did it on working connection rear camera didn’t show up and front camera image frozen
– I tried do it one by one. when I disconnect front camera – WiFi doesn’t work.
– I connected front camera in rear plug – WiFi doesn’t work
– I connected rear camera in front plug – WiFi doesn’t work
Any suggestion what is broken – DVR or rear camera?

Hi Andriy,
You’ve done the right thing to determine that your rear camera is broken.
The fact that you don’t have Wi-Fi on the broken camera is correct. A working front camera must be connected for Wi-Fi to be active.
Conclusion: the rear camera is broken.-

If the K3 is still under warranty, I would contact the seller. You might be able to claim a new camera under warranty.-

I already check it. I use it for front camera. I will order with 1.5 m cable.
