K7 app accessibility
I recently had this system installed but am unable to access the app when the bike is running due to the CPMC screen taking the WiFi connection.
I can’t seem to access the app via the CPMC and have only just realised that I can access the app by disconnecting the screen.
Is there a workaround for this? -

Hi Brett,
You will then have to manually disconnect the Wi-Fi connection to the CPMC screen and then establish a Wi-Fi connection with the K7.
You can configure the K7 so that the Wi-Fi turns off automatically after a preset time. This way, the Wi-Fi connection to the K7 drops, freeing it up for your CPMC screen.
In principle, you only need the Wi-Fi connection to set up the K7 (once) and possibly to download saved videos. So, you do not need it while driving.
The Innovv app is designed to work on a phone, not via Android Auto or similar systems.-
Thank you Hans, the problem is that when I change the WiFi from the CPFM to the Innovv to access videos etc the CPFM then reconnects, so I have to disconnect/remove the screen to access the videos etc.

I have no experience with CPFMs. If I understand correctly, the CPFM overrides the Wi-Fi connection with the K7; is that correct?On an Android phone, you can specify whether your phone is allowed to connect to a Wi-Fi network automatically or manually: Settings > Connections > The Wi-Fi network in question > Automatically connect (on/off).
This might be a solution. Okay, it’s not ideal, but then you are in control of which Wi-Fi connection your phone connects to.
