    Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. I have the Innovv K7. I have put the phone in airplane mode I’ve disable the antivirus I’ve turned on the developer option and turned off the screen share protection. I’ve cleared cache I’ve restarted I’ve done it all and can not pull the videos up I will add the photo. But I can go to 192.168……. IP, also I have downloaded the Viidure app and it works. I access the camera, look at live feeds and do everything but view the videos. I have before but the last few times I have not. This is a photo of what I get.

    Hi Ralph,
    I am currently experiencing the same problem with my Samsung A56.
    I have already reported the issue to Innovv.
    I do still have an old version (2023) of the app lying around; I want to reinstall it on my phone soon to see if this works. If you are interested in this older version, please let me know via PM.
