no audio
bought and install two k6 on my bikes, one works perfectly, but second one has no audio. Checked manual, only two option of such problem: mic is off, but I checked twice its on level-3, second one microphone input hole might be blocked. Any idea why ?

Hi Eduard,
I assume that you have set both K6s the same.
If the microphone input were blocked, you should still hear on the recording that you are tapping the housing with a hard object. The microphone input is a small hole, so it can quickly become clogged with dirt.
You could still perform a hard reset:- Switch on the K6
- Press and hold the power button for a long time (about 30 seconds)
- The red LED flashes 2x and then goes out again
- Restart the K6, K6 has been reset to factory settings.
If necessary, flash the firmware again after this reset. If you still have no sound, then I think there really is a technical problem with the microphone.

noticed for next time.
It seems like problem solved themselve…I played a video from yesterday try, and it was with sound!!! I dont know, what happened yesterday with the files i tried to watch, but it works today.
anyway thx a lot.

Maybe it was something simple, like the mute button🙂.
But it works, again, and that’s what matters.
