    When I first got my camera setup, I had videos on my app I could watch as I was recording. Now, all that is there is a black screen. But the cameras are indeed recording.

    iPhone

    V5 firmware

    I do not have the remote connected. I only use the App.

    512Gb Samsung Select SD card

    Has anyone experienced this issue before?

    Hi Corey,
    Didn’t you change a setting on your K7 or your phone that’s causing the screen to stop working?
    Have you had the SD card in your computer in the meantime? If so, format it again with the Innovv app.
    Could you test it with another phone? That way, you can rule out whether the issue is with the phone or the K7?

      Nothing has changed, but worked all weekend. So I do not know what happened. Thank you for your reply and follow-up.

    Same issue for me, iPhone 17 Pro Max with ios 26, Records fine just no display on my phone just black screen and spinning icon.

    So I followed the troubleshooting steps and discovered with cellular turned off/airplane mode it works fine, however as soon as I turn airplane mode back off, I looks the preview display. Any ideas?

    SO I was able to turn cellular data off for the INNOVV app and that seems to have fixed the issue. Might need to look into that or let others know that will fix the issue.
