    Hi,

    Ik can’t see the live feed in my android app. The recordings play well in the app?

    How to turn on live images?

    Connected via wifi 5G

    HI Martin,
    Can you provide some more info on what you have already tried to view the live feed?
    For example:

    • do you have a Wi-Fi connection to the camera?
    • what actions do you perform in the app?
    • any more info?

    The more information you provide, the better we can help you.

    Connected via wifi 5G.

    App = up to date

    Oppo 12 5g android 16

    When connected pushed the cam icon. No image on F, R or combi.

    Pushed the documents icon. I see a list of recordings. When i select one i can play in the app.

      Do you have the option to test with another phone? This is to rule out whether the problem lies with the K7 or the phone.
      If you set the resolution/bitrate lower, are you able to see the live feed then?
      Do you not have a VPN or virus scanner enabled on your phone?

    No vpn, no virusscanner.

    The app streams the downloads but not the live feed. Are they different in bitrate?

    Will try with an other phone.

      If you press this button in the app, what happens exactly? Perhaps you could send screenshots?
      Does the screen remain completely black, is there text visible with the video feed (e.g. date/time, GPS data), and can you switch between the front and rear cameras? Do you see the image as in the 2nd picture?

    Photo blackscreen is when i push the button. I see a red recording dot. I see a pause button at the bottom. The other photo is the documents map with the continued recordings.

    Hi Martin,
    Have you already uninstalled and reinstalled the Innovv app on your phone?

    Android: Settings – Apps – Innovv, select Force Stop at the bottom, select Clear Data under Storage, go back a step, and then select Delete.

    Then reinstall the app.
