    Hi, when my 256gb SanDisk card gets full, recording stops. It’s set to loop at 3 mins. The card records well, until the card is full. Then I can’t find the files that should overwrite the earliest ones.

    I’ve reformatted the card, used different cards, updated firmware.

    I really needed the video yesterday when a Porsche nearly killed my buddy, but the dusk had reached capacity 30 minutes earlier.

    Are you formatting the card in the K6?

    How are viewing the cards?

    Hi Darren,
    If you’ve already formatted the card, all the recordings will be deleted. You might be able to retrieve the recordings with an SD card recovery program. However, once they’ve been overwritten, it’s highly unlikely you’ll be able to recover them.

    For these types of problems, it’s always recommended to format the SD card using the Innovv app. Even if you’ve already read the card on a computer, it’s recommended to reformat it using the app.
