    I do have the system installed, and the app is via WiFi, including the password, but I cannot use the cell phone as all elements in the app do not react. Any idea what is causing the problem?

    Hi Roman,
    Do you have an active Wi-Fi connection with your K7 while using the app? Is the K7 turned on?
    Do you have a VPN or firewall/virus scanner turned on? If so, try turning them off and see what happens.
    Sometimes iPhones have trouble connecting to an Innovv camera. We recommend putting your iPhone in Airplane mode and then manually establishing a Wi-Fi connection with the K7.
