    I have a C3. I’ve always had issues with it. My major one being lack of reliability, i never know if its recording. does it have to be permanently connected to my phones wifi for it to record? most of the ime when the phone screen switches off the recording stops. any suggestions?

    Thanks for your question!

    Usually the connection and disconnection of wifi will not affect the recording.

    Could you please check your memory card in the computer?
