Pictures not working.

Hi Lawrence,
If you press the button twice in quick succession, do you see the green camera symbol flash briefly?
If not, you may have pressed the button too quickly or too slowly.
It’s also possible that when you press the button with motorcycle gloves on, you can’t feel if you’re pressing it correctly.
If you press the button once (save video option), do you see the green camera LED flash?
If the LED doesn’t flash, the button on the remote control may be defective. Check that the remote control connector is securely connected. Also, check for moisture.

I’ve tried everything including resetting to factory settings. When I push the button twice, the green camera flashes, indicating the pic has been stored, but no pic to be found. I had an INNOVV 3 on my last bike so I know how it is supposed to work.

I did notice that the camera icon sometimes flashes slower for brief periods when I have not pushed the button. If I’m reading the manual correctly, this could mean the SD card is faulty. I’ll replace the card tomorrow. Thanks again, Larry Rinehart

Hi Lawrence,
Besides the factory reset, have you already done a firmware reset, reflashing the firmware?
If all else fails, I suspect there’s something wrong with the remote control. Contact your seller to see if they can help you further under warranty.

I reloaded the firmware and reset to factory settings. It works fine with small SD cards, but refuses to work with big (512) card. I also noticed that the silver button sometimes sticks when I take a pic. I’m going to check the price of replacing the button device. Larry

Do you format the 512GB card with the Innovv app?
Does the SD card meet Innovv’s specifications? Is the speed higher than U?
