Records for 1hr then cannot read files
I have a K6 which will record perfectly for approx one hour on a U3 256MB card.
I have tried two different U3 cards and also a cheap C2, the C2 drops frames and sometimes cuts the record length short, but does record, also for a max of 1 hour.
For the files associated to the first hour, I can see thumbnails on the device connected to my phone, but all subsequent files have an indistinct thumbnail and cannot be read or played, even if copied onto my PC and trying a number of different applications.
Any ideas?

If you haven’t already… I’d reflash the K6 firmware and reformat the SD card in the K6.

How did you format the SD card? Using a computer or the Innovv app? It is recommended to do this using the Innovv app.
What setting did you choose for the loop duration?
Loading the thumbnails can sometimes take a long time, especially if there are many of them. The loading process also depends on the Wi-Fi connection. Is it possible that the Wi-Fi connection drops while the last (unreadable) thumbnails are being retrieved? What have you set the Wi-Fi timer to?
Could you perhaps send me one or more of the files that won’t play? (Please contact me via PM.) I can then check if I am able to play them.When you put the SD card back into the K6 after using it in a computer, do you reformat it using the Innovv app? Sometimes, after an SD card has been used in a computer and then reinserted into the K6, the K6 may no longer handle the card correctly. That is why I advise always formatting the SD card with the Innovv app whenever you put it back in.

Thanks Hans, you may have hit on the problem. I find the app crashes too often and is really slow to download MP4’s to my phone, so I removed the card and copy from it to my PC. I’ve put in a new card, formatted it with the app, and the camera is recording again. I will leave it there without touching it and see what happens…..many thx
