    Shipping problems?

    Has anyone recently received their N2 order?

    I ordered on Oct 19th, got a “shipping label has been created” email on the 21st, and nothing since.

    Last week I reached out on the support email and today got an email from “Tom” that my package was delivered, along with link to the tracking page, which CLEARLY shows that UPS has never received the package to ship.

    Seems like I might be getting scammed, wondering if I should contact my credit card company and start a reverse.
