Tyre pressure monitor issues
Posted by Anthony on 2026-04-09 at 01:07Hi all, I’ve just installed my N2 with tyre pressure monitors. My N2 will not sync with them and are currently expensive tyre valve caps!! Anyone had this issue?

Hi Anthony,
I had this problem with the N1 as well. I removed the batteries from the sensors for a few minutes. Then I put the batteries back in and placed the sensors on the tires. After that, I started the pairing process and went for a drive while it was pairing. This was the solution for me. -
I had the same problem. Started with the rear tire and could not get it to connect. Was getting frustrated, even had the unit right by the sensor. I gave up and tried the front tire and that connected immediately. I then tried the rear again and that one finally worked. I don’t THINK the order matters, as I’ve seen a video online of someone pairing rear first (why I did it that way), but it eventually worked for me.
Any luck yet?

Thanks Hans … the sensors i have appear to be sealed units? Not sure if they can be opened. I will have a closer look at them to see if there is access. Thanks

Hi Anthony,
If the sensors are the same as with the N1 (which I do expect), then they can be opened. After all, you also need to be able to replace the battery in the sensor yourself. -
