Can anyone tell me how I can calculate the speed up of the time-lapse? I am guessing that you use your camera video picture rate, eg 108030 (30 frames per second) and then devide the time-lapse number, eg 300ms, by the video drame rate.. in this case 10x the speed?

    Hi Tony.
I don’t have my K3 at hand, so I can’t check it physically.

The setting 300ms means that a video frame is made every 0.3 seconds. With the standard of 30FPS this is every 0.03 seconds. To make a time-lapse video you need fewer frames than with a normal recording. A video made with a lower frame rate, in this example 300ms, gives an acceleration of 10x when played back at 30 FPS.

If you really want to be sure, place a clock in front of your camera and make a time-lapse video of 10 minutes. If you play it back, it must be a video of 1 minute🙂.
