Videos are recording, but no way of viewing.
I have the best quality SD card, I actually do video professionally so am not new to video recording, downloading and creating using Davinci Resolve.
The Innovv k6 is recording happily but nothing I have can read the files.
How do I access the files please? Davinci will not even load them, media Player says they are in a format not supported. I have spent an hour exploring the ‘app’ to try and change the format of the video files to a standard MP4 but I cannot find anywhere in any of the settings to do that.I am at the stage of just ripping it all out (it is only 6 months old, bought for me as a Christmas present, it was then 3 or 4 months before I could home to fit it). I wouldn’t sell it on, I would just chuck in the bin. I wouldn’t foist a faulty unit on anyone else.
Anyone any ideas of how to actually read the files? This is in a high end computer used for video creation for work, not a crappy phone or tablet system. I am utterly disenchanted with the whole thing at this stage.

Hi Simon,
The K6 records in MP4 format by default. This cannot be changed in the app either.You can perform a master reset by re-flashing the K6’s firmware. If a bug has crept into the firmware, it will be fixed. All settings will then also be reset to factory defaults. With the default factory settings, the K6 should create normal .MP4 files that can be played by almost any device.If you look at the SD card with the recordings, do the files actually have the .mp4 extension?With the Innovv app, can you see the thumbnails of the video files? But playing them on your phone doesn’t work either?
