    Hello.

Videos are going to all folders … parking, protected and accident. I’ve updated firmware (three times in case there was an issue), reformatted SD card several times, switched off parking function, put Gravity sensor on minimum. All suggestions welcome please

    Thank you.

    Hi Chris,
Did you format the SD card with the Innovv app or on a computer?
Can you tell from the recording dates when you’ve been experiencing this problem?
To rule out the current firmware as the issue, I have some older firmware versions if you’d like to try them.

    Hello Hans

When I initially installed the K5 on my bike (about 3 weeks ago – previously to that it had been on my previous bike) it worked fine. I then updated firmware and maybe around that time I started to have issues. So trying a previous firmware version is worth a go.

I have a little more information regarding the problem regarding all videos appearing in all folders.

As an example I’ve included screenshots of the Accident folder; ‘All’ shows F & R – ‘Front’ also shows F & F, but ‘Rear’ shows no videos.

The SD card was formatted by the App/K5 – I’ve also included an image of the current SD card file structure.

    Hi Chris,
I see the error in the app’s display.
The display in the file explorer is correct. The front and rear recordings are saved in the same folder.
Also attached is a print screen of the structure as it is in my case.
I will email you an older version of the firmware.

      Hey Hans

Thank you for your continued support

I tried every version of the old firmware – each had the same result (see CD card file format picture).

In addition I’ve another problem now – the Wifi isn’t visible on my phone/iPad in either 5 or 2.4 bands. In case it was a low power issue I connected the unit to a separate mains power source … still no WiFi.

Grateful of any further ideas …. thank you Hans

        Hi Hans

I forgot to include in my previous message above that the wifi symbol flashed blue every second correctly but didn’t appear as a ‘network’ option on any of my devices.

I’ve ordered a replacement Micro SD to see if that has an impact.

If that fails….. unsure what to try next 👨‍🔧

          Hi Chris,
You don’t have an antivirus and/or VPN enabled on your phone?
As far as I know, everything worked fine on your previous bike?
What’s the power supply status on the bike where the K5 is currently installed?
Is the blue LED on the power supply lit continuously?
