I am not saying that the motorcycles are not washed with a pressure washer. But they must be used with caution. It’s literally in my motorcycle manual.
I just note that the K6 is IP67. Never realized it that way myself. Would actually expect it to be at least IP68. When driving at higher speeds in the rain, the rain also hits the Innovv cameras with great force.

If there is moisture in the K6, it does not necessarily have to be in the SD slot. Moisture can also have entered somewhere else and does not always have to be visible. As a (former) mobile phone repairer, I have seen enough moisture problems.

I certainly don’t want to suggest that your warranty has expired. I hope that you can claim this problem under warranty. I am not an employee of Innovv. I am only one of the administrators of this forum.

My experience is that Innovv responds quickly to questions/complaints. Have you contacted Innovv by email or via the contactform?
