Thanks for your prompt reply and it’s definitely an iPhone problem. I
did everything you said, disabled Norton, Airplane mode, Powerbank etc,
it made no difference at all. The phone connected to the Innovv wifi but
the app just kept on giving me the same ‘Prompt Please ensure the devices is connected Cancel / OK’ message. I borrowed a Android phone and it worked perfectly! A brief ride and it’s all recording fine as well.Okay, I’ve made the changes I wanted, but there’s still a fundamental iPhone issue to be resolved.
