This problem sounds familiar to me.
For me, the solution was to close all active apps after making the wifi connection with the K3.
Click on the 3 vertical lines at the bottom left of the ‘home’ screen of your phone. Then click on ‘Close all’. Then open the Innovv app.
I’m curious if this works for you.
