Hans, Thanks for your prompt reply! I will give it a try to connect the converter directly to my batter positive. My mistake about the wireless to update. I did have an opportunity to set the wireless activity to 5 minutes, however, in working through other variables it became a secondary issue.

Let me ask, is the ignition (yellow) wire looking for a certain level signal to operate? Does it need to have a 12V input? If yes, then any circuit that activates when the key is turned on would work correct? The PDM60 has both GND and IGNITION trigger leads depending upon what is needed to power and control a particular appliance. i.e.- My Denali Sound Bomb Horn needs a GND Trigger to operate, plus high current so I bond two circuits to make a high amp draw circuit. Conversely, the former Halocam used the ignition trigger to know when to power up and it seems identical to the K6, but I wanted to ask you this. I have not measured the ignition trigger voltage level, but will shortly. Because I can select each of 6 circuits for the output current individually, it is easy to set the draw to whatever is needed, up to 10-15 AMPs each for a total combined draw of 60 AMPS. I am nowhere near this limit at this time. Appreciate your help with this. Thanks! Bob Gilbert

Hans, Happy to report that the camera is installed and operational. I appreciate your help with the details. As it turns out, the system works well with the PDM60. The important detail is to insure that the yellow wire connects to the Ignition switch line on the PDM vs. the Ground switch line. Dooooh! 😊

Again thanks for your assistance and safe riding!
