    Hello!
    Streaming is active by default actually, it used as a preview feature in mobile app.
    It’s just an rtsp stream which is available as rtsp://192.168.1.254/. I use VLC player to watch it.
    The command 3028 is used to switch streaming modes.
    Parameters are
    0 =     Front Cam only
    1 = Rear Cam only
    2 =     Front Cam major, Rear cam small
    3 =     Rear Cam major, Front cam small
