    I already did this and did not worked out. I know a better solution take the word play out off the menu.

    My wifi is activated . otherwise you don’t see this

    You dont see this if you have no wifi connection. all my buttons are working but not the Play button the app crasht

    Hi Hans,

    I using a Android

    Format the card with the app.
    Phone android 14 latest update 29-09-2024
    Innovv app version 1.0.27.20240812
    I use Norton virus and NordVPN.

    No other phone.
    I can download them and I can see them on the computer.
    If I open camera files I see them but as soon I try to open one It goes back to the main app screen.
