Hello yes I used app to format sd card , error message just said this app has a bug, yes I can play other video and mp4 on tablet regards dean

I have now found a problem with the app it will not play from camera or when it’s been saved as local file, it says that the app has a bug so I have uninstaled and installed again but still no joy but I can download to tablet and veiw in video player any advice please.

Thank you all replies I have sorted a new sd card which is working fine I have also added padding to unit so it’s now not writing to protected file.

Iv just installed the k7 and having problems recording the sd card is a samsunge u3 very fast write speed. It was writing the videos at the start but then the video light flashed slowly and was writing to the protected folder the G senor is only on 2, when I tried to view the videos some of the files were there but with no image/thumbnail…
