I forgot to include in my previous message above that the wifi symbol flashed blue every second correctly but didn’t appear as a ‘network’ option on any of my devices.

I’ve ordered a replacement Micro SD to see if that has an impact.

If that fails….. unsure what to try next 👨‍🔧

I tried every version of the old firmware – each had the same result (see CD card file format picture).

In addition I’ve another problem now – the Wifi isn’t visible on my phone/iPad in either 5 or 2.4 bands. In case it was a low power issue I connected the unit to a separate mains power source ……

When I initially installed the K5 on my bike (about 3 weeks ago – previously to that it had been on my previous bike) it worked fine. I then updated firmware and maybe around that time I started to have issues. So trying a previous firmware version is worth a go.

Hello.

Videos are going to all folders … parking, protected and accident. I’ve updated firmware (three times in case there was an issue), reformatted SD card several times, switched off parking function, put Gravity sensor on minimum. All suggestions welcome please

Everything is working fine e.g. recording videos, protecting videos, etc. The only issue is that when I press the ‘video’ button in the app the cameras do not display images i.e. can’t see what is recording (but the cameras are recording because I can play the saved footage). The red ‘rec’ flashes as it should. I’ve completed a factory reset…
