With the engine running blue LED should flash.

Solid blue LED when ignition off, but good battery power.

Solid red LED when battery low.

As Adam mentioned, the LED behavior is correct: blinking blue when ACC is ON and solid blue when OFF. However, I recently discovered a bit of water inside the front camera—specifically near the Type-C port and SD card slot. Turns out the K6 isn’t as waterproof as I expected. Right now, I’m trying to dry it out with a fan (AC/DC) and will leave the cam in rice afterward.

      Hi Guillermo Antonio,
Is the rubber ring still present where the cables are connected?

Yes, the rubber seal looks well. After drying, the camera appears to be working fine, but I think I’ll need to reposition it to avoid direct exposure to heavy rain.

Could you show/share where you mounted the dash cam on your bike?

I mounted it on the handlebars of my Honda CB350 H’ness. Unfortunately, I can’t share a photo right now since the entire system is currently disassembled

It seems the water inside the camera was the issue. Fortunately, there wasn’t enough to damage the front cam. I’ll be monitoring it to ensure proper function. I’m considering making a protective cover to shield it from direct rain exposure.

I disassembled the dash cam and coated both circuit boards with lacquer to prevent issues in case water gets inside. Strange why is not pre made from the factory.

        Hi Andrey,
The K6 has an IP67 rating.
IP67 means the product is fully protected against dust and can be submerged in water up to 1 meter deep for up to 30 minutes.
Therefore, it shouldn’t be necessary to coat the circuit boards.

The same situation has arisen as at the very beginning!
After a year of using the new cable, it has failed again, and the DVR won’t turn off.
If I wiggle the cable a bit or bend it, the DVR turns off.
I believe this is either a factory defect or a design flaw. As a result, I’ve lost my second battery. How can this problem be solved?

      Hi Andrey,
Does the cable move or vibrate a lot when you ride your motorcycle? Is the cable not tensioned too tightly?
Excessive movement or tensioning can cause a cable break. Pulling too hard on the cable to remove the SD card cover can also eventually cause a break.

Here is a photo of the recorder mount.
The cable is not bent and has some free movement. It is also secured with two plastic holders from the K6 original package in the upper part of my bike.

There is no additional load on the cable. I approached the installation process as carefully as possible.

Good news – my GEL battery is reanimatead and operated as normal, i’ve repaired it by small amperage and dirving bike.

Bad news there are no spare K6 Lens camera cable available in my area, so I will purchase one directly from the INNOVV website.

          Hi Andrey,
Looking at the photo, the wiring is properly installed.
I am curious if it will continue to work properly with a new cable.

    Second issue:

If the flash memory is full, the recorder does not overwrite new video over the old files and effectively writes nothing. You will fix this in the firmware, (since it is specified that DRV writes cyclically)?

      Hi Andrey,
How is the Loop Recording setting configured? If you haven’t selected a loop time here, old recordings won’t be overwritten; if the card is full, recording will stop.
