When I get to the innovv download screen and hit download, nothing happens..

That’s the issue, they won’t download to my phone…..

I am in the same boat… I can watch my cameras live on my phone, so I know im connected, but when I go to videos, it’s empty on my phone..

Even on the lowest setting, my N2 saves files when im just riding on city streets. I’ve turned the g force off because I have to unsaved 30 or 40 files everytime I ride on pavement and Im worried my memory will get full on multi-day trips…. Anyone else having this issue? So with the bike running, I have 14 volts. Set the time and date, then pull the yellow wire. Wait 10 seconds, plug it back in… bike is running the whole time.. Display comes up, then 2 or the seconds later, the accurate time resets to 0000…. included a 22 second video…….

The bike is new, and sitting on a battery maintainer so I wouldn’t think it would be low voltage… Been busy with work, but I’ll try the yellow wire tonight… Thanks for your input Hans!

Duh, thanks, yes I do, so to save, you leave car play, go to camera and hit lock… Guess that works, was just hoping for a one touch somewhere….. thank you!

Red and black to the battery terminals, yellow to a acc switched circuit…. I would assume the red wire to the positive post would keep continuous power to the unit keeping the clock on even when the yellow wire goes off and shuts down the unit…Does the unit have an internal battery that needs to be charged via the usb-c port on the bottom?

Might be a dumb question, on my k3, I had a button on my controller to take a picture or save a video clip… How do I save a file while riding on the N2?… I can go into the files, select a video and then hit save, but this seems ridiculous to try to do while riding……what am I missing?

The clock on my N2 home screen resets everytime I start the bike?… any ideas?
