They do not record at all.</p>
<p>The SD card is brand new today. A Samsung Evo Plus 128gB. It came out of the package and inserted and formatted right in the K7. Still is in there. That is why there is not anything on the SD card. I cannot take a picture, it fails. The video does not record.</p>

Weird. But oh well.</p>
<p>I do not have a vpn or firewall installed. I also tried an app called Viidure and same issue. Just get the black screen with spinning wheel.</p>

Now, all that is there is a black screen. But the cameras are indeed recording.</p>
<p>iPhone</p>
<p>V5 firmware</p>
<p>I do not have the remote connected. I only use the App.</p>
<p>512Gb Samsung Select SD card</p>
<p>Has anyone experienced this issue before?</p>
