To be honest, I don’t really want an audible warning at all.
The ONLY time I want to know about a vehicle in my blind spot is just before I’m about to manoeuvre and I’m looking at my mirror (before also turning my head).
A constant stream of audible beeps each time a vehicle passes through my blind spot is both annoying and distracting IMHO.
The flashing led is sufficient for me, I will notice it when I glance at my mirror and it is an excellent additional safety aid.

I actually found the audio annoying and ended up permanently suppressing it by cutting out a space in some sound deadening foam and placing the unit in that.
Before doing that the audio was only really audible when stationary with the unit under the seat, once moving you would struggle to hear it.
As I could only hear it when stationary, it became annoying when someone walked past the rear of the bike or someone came up slowly beside you when stopped.
For me, the red led warning is enough and I didn’t try any other placement of the unit.

Yes, still there Laurence and working flawlessly.
To be honest, I could not think of a better location, it is on the mirror glass, same as factory option.

Just an update, I received the replacement radar unit as promised and now everything is now working as it should.
I think I was just unfortunate.
10/10 to Innovv for great technical support!

Ok, this is all you see from the outside, very unobtrusive.
You probably wouldn’t notice the rear radar unit above the number plate unless you were looking for it.
The mirror leds are in just the right place in my opinion, right where it will get your attention if you look at the mirror.
They would probably only be noticed by others when they light up.
I will post how things go once I receive the replacement unit.
