    I was able to resolve this issue. You have to reset unit to get to download screen. Realease all prior N2 Android connections & N2 bluetooth. Meaning you have to be at initial screen. You then have to connect to N2 without internet. No Android Auto. No N2 Bluetooth. Follow instructions in screen. It works but a very cumbersome process.

    I am having same issue. Were you able to get this resolved Should have to disable phone to get this to work
