Thank to Hans I have found a problem. (also this is a test replay).
Situation:
Remote controller camera icons flashes; 2s on – 2s off.
No video recorded.
App. System. Lens version – there is nothing
Did all the checking, disconnections and connections, no luck
Then on suggestion from Hans i did:
Disconnected both cameras.
Connected only front camera to DVR front camera port – nothing
Front camera to DVR rear port – nothing
Rear camera to DVR front port – nothing
Rear camera to rear port – Video on, remote controller camera icon steady green, video on CD card
So it seems front camera and DVR’s front camera port is down.
Contacted Innovv support (yes it is hard, a lot off emails, and seems like you are communicating with few different persons. You sending email with what you did and replay comes with “Do that again” 🙂
Anyways unit was bought not long ago, they sending me new DVR and new front camera. I will sent them old DVR and front camera to examine those in detail.

Having the same issue, happens two or three days ago. Forum does not work (I can not replay or post anything if it is long writing), after sales support does not work,sends me email to do the same what I have sent them I did.
