    Innov have also replied to me and said that all kit supplied by them has memory of your choice. Will still do self test on start up.

    Thanks Guy. That was my location of choice before I found your post but just wanted to see if any issues arose. Also intend to source power for the Innov unit and a CarPlay unit from the same location you used.

    There is not much discussion regarding the audio feature of the unit. Can you hear it from under the seat? If doing the install now would you place the main unit somewhere forward so that the audio signals are easier to be heard? Or, is it best located where it is muffled so it can’t be heard?
