I have the same issue. This has happened multiple.times. I think the app is not capable of showing a lot of clips.
I am using a 512 Samsung cars. K7 has been installed for over a year.
When the card is freshly formatted, after each ride i can see the clips, however once the card is about 60% the clips stop showing on the app, but they do show on the sd card in a laptop. Once the card is formatted, and after a ride i can then see the new clips.
I have reported this issue before on the forum, but no fix was provided.

A bit of investigation.
Removing the sd card and placing it in a laptop,twonfolders are shown MOVIE_E and EMR_E. Within these I can see/watch all of the video clips as expected.
Put the card back into the k7 unit, and they still don’t show up in the app.
The memory card is 512Samsung. I wonder if the app is not capable of handling a large number of clips?

Strangly I have the same issue, the camera has been functioning fine for the last 2months. After today’s ride I connected to the k7 wifi, opened the innov app, selected the screen that shows the camera videos, continuous videos and nothing. I then checked accident and parking folders and again nothing.
Looking at the setting I can see the sd card is about half full.
Inhave looked and downloaded videos in thebpastbwith nonproblems, somi know the steps in which to do this.
Any ideas?
