    The unit is brand new never used no screen protector on it. My gloves have touch pads on the fingers etc so should work (have done on my old carpuride unit) so I have contacted support so hopefully they can help me

    Yes the screen works well without gloves, tried 2 different pairs (both winter gloves). no screen protector as I removed that to check it wasn’t that causing the issue

    Mine did this (1080p cameras) i changed the settings to 2k, allowed it to reboot and then changed it back. Allowed a reboot and that fixed it
