    Innovv support told me to give a try the viidure app

    What a surprise !

    1. Yes it can access my file

    2. If you download(HotSpot/WiFi) them and play them within the APP, the interface is amazing

    Example : you can play a video, you see at the same time, your BIKE moving on the MAP (speed, location etc) and at the same time, the picture of the CAM ! If you want to go full screen, no problems

    I just installed 2024-10-16 firmware.

    Do you happen to have a VPN app running on your iphone ? Just in case… Me I had to TurnOff NordVPN for the app to connect

    Also, once it show as connected, I have to wait a bit 2-5 seconds before going back in the app to use click one of the icons. If I try to use the App ” right after the connection is establish”, too early, it fail.

    formatted 32 GB SDCard from within the app and installed the last firwmare

    Formatted a 512 GB SDCard from within the App as suggested

    recorded a video and took a pict

    I was able to access those from the App without problems within a few seconds ( less than 3)

    As you said, the problem fixed as I got my Keyfob back

    The issue was that the innovv app was the app was not able to show the video list…

    Weird

    Been taking care of my GrandSon for the last 2 days ( Kindergarden problem lol),

    I will be able to test all that tomorrow (format from the app, etc)

    When formated from my Computer in FAT32 ( 512 GB SDCARD) the K7 DVR can record properly and I can play them or see picts from my PC

    But I can’t read the files/Folders from within the App

    When I have a minute, I will follow innovv support recommendation and will format the SDCARD using the App and see if now the App can access the files.

    For resolutions and config change yes, easy test

    For file size (1m, 3m, 5m), as I can’t access files from my phone, that I can’ validate until I get back home (PC). Working on that file access problem with innovv… They suggested me to format my SDCard from within the App and not my PC

    Note : Pict, Videos can be access without problems from my PC
