Good evening Hans and thankyou for the fast reply, I have a Nocos genius intelligent charger for the other bikes but they haven’t got the innovv k6 fitted so be easier to just charge whilst on the bike ,didnt want to have to reset the innovv every time .

Thanks again and have a great evening

Thanks for the reply Adam ,it seems to work ok ,I dont think its set at 1080 but the next one up maybe 1950×1440 ? ,dont quote me on that though im old school so not tech savy enough, I went for the innovv k6 specifically just for ease of it self starting with the ignition for safety incase of a accident so the insurance can see who is at fault and my widowed wife gets the insurance payout 🤣

    Cheers and ride safe Couerdelion

Hello Hans and adam ,my computer savvy mate had a play with the resolution on the front camera ,apparently it was too high ,all numbers to me but i did hear 2.5k dropped to 1950 and 1440 ,means nothing to me, card was reformatted via the innovv app , tried it out in the garage then checked the footage on the computer and no freezing or pixalation, all seems well so when its a bit cooler ill have a ride out.

Thanks again for all the advice Regards Couerdelion

Hi Hans ,ill let you know how I get on,it always annoys me when people dont reply as to how they solved their problem ,like you say its probably a resolution setting, im not posting my ride outs on social media ,not sure if youre aware but its actually illegal to do so in france ,any dash cam footage is only to be shared with either your insurance company or the gendarmes

Hi Hans thanks for the reply, ive a techo savvy mate visiting tomorrow so ill pass all yours and Adams helpful advice onto him as computer terms are his second language, me and technology dont seem to get on those 0 and 1 really dislike me 😆. Unfortunately we only have the one computer and thats mainly for printing labels off ,ill try the format thing again, I formatted it via a 240v USB thing in the house before fitting it to the bike ,when I used the innovv app to set the cameras up the picture was nice and clear on the phone not pixalated or freezing ,ill let you know what happens tomorrow and the kitchen is putting up a good fight but I think ive got it worried now 🤣

Thanks for the informative reply Hans, unless I capture a heard of wild wilderbeasts wandering majestically across the road on a ride out the footage wont be viewed, if I do however need to veiw id take the card out and use the computer and as suggested by yourself use the app to set it back up .

Thanks again for all your help have a great day Regards from France Couerdelion
