Have you cleared the cache on the app?

Are you sure the camera is recording?

    Hi Richard.

First of all, double check the wiring, especially the yellow signal wire.

Also, have you updated the K6 to latest firmware ?

Finally, did you format the SD card in the camera vis the app?

Are you formatting the card in the K6?

    How are viewing the cards?

    Hi Dan,

You’re probably better asking on a Harley forum. Obviously all bikes are different, but you might have an accessory point on a bike that recent.

If not, anything that switches on with ignition would a good place to tap into (tail light?)

With the engine running blue LED should flash.

Solid blue LED when ignition off, but good battery power.

Solid red LED when battery low.

Click on the “documents” button to view recorded videos, or the camera icon (top left) to view live feed.

Yes, you are able to review recorded videos or monitor a live feed in the app.

Whilst you are connected to K6, checked your WiFi settings on your phone. You should have an “auto reconnect” option. Make sure it is switched on.

    Hi John,

Good to see the camera is actually recording.

Might be worth clearing the cache on the app. That should force it to re-populate from the camera.

I’ve not managed to fill my SD Card yet, and I have an android phone, so this is just general advice.

I calculate you should get approx 20hrs on a 256 card recording at 2k 30fps. (Haven’t proved this yet, so do your own calculations). Using HD and/or 28fps should increase this.

Ah, sorry. Thought you meant you used the USB cable to supply power.

I think that might be the issue. Try switching the camera on and off manually while ignition is on. Or, use the supplied power adapter which will power the camera on and off correctly depending on ignition state.

Your USB is probably losing power too quickly so camera cannot power off correctly.

    How is your camera powered?
