Hi Lawrence,
Do you format the 512GB card with the Innovv app?
Does the SD card meet Innovv’s specifications? Is the speed higher than U? -
Hi C,
Could you clear the cache in the Innovv app?
Is ‘Normal’ listed under ‘Card Detection’?
How is the K6 switched on and off? Does this happen via the yellow trigger wire? -
Hi Kerry,
Good to hear that the app update resolved the issues.
Enjoy your K7! -
Hi Lawrence,
Besides the factory reset, have you already done a firmware reset, reflashing the firmware?
If all else fails, I suspect there’s something wrong with the remote control. Contact your seller to see if they can help you further under warranty. -

Hi David,
Great that it’s resolved thanks to Bob’s tip.
@Bob, swapping cards while the camera is on can cause problems with your SD card. Innovv cameras aren’t hot-swappable when it comes to the SD card. -
Hi Chris,
Did you format the SD card with the Innovv app or on a computer?
Can you tell from the recording dates when you’ve been experiencing this problem?
To rule out the current firmware as the issue, I have some older firmware versions if you’d like to try them. -
Hi David,
Don’t you have an antivirus running?
If you do have a VPN running, turn it off as well. -
Hi Andriy,
You can order spare parts on the Innovv website.

Hi Lawrence,
If you press the button twice in quick succession, do you see the green camera symbol flash briefly?
If not, you may have pressed the button too quickly or too slowly.
It’s also possible that when you press the button with motorcycle gloves on, you can’t feel if you’re pressing it correctly.
If you press the button once (save video option), do you see the green camera LED flash?
If the LED doesn’t flash, the button on the remote control may be defective. Check that the remote control connector is securely connected. Also, check for moisture. -
Hi Travis,
What if you completely delete the app and reinstall it?
Android: Settings – Apps – Viidure, select Force Stop at the bottom, select Clear Data under Storage, go back a step, and then select Delete.
Then reinstall the app.Restart Android and see if it works then.

Administrator2025-08-16 at 00:50 in reply to: K5 randomly and intermittently not recording videos.Hi Ian,
The fact that the blue LED is flashing indicates that the supply voltage is insufficient, or at least not enough to activate parking mode. To be sure, you can measure this with a multimeter. Then measure at the point where you connected the power supply, even though your motor measures 13.7 V.
Since the remote control isn’t working, you can check the connection. Is it still properly connected, is there no moisture in the connector, are the rubber rings still present in the connectors, and is the cable still intact and not too tight?
Do recordings still occur when you disconnect the remote control?
Have you formatted the SD card using the Innovv app?
Have you also managed to reload the latest firmware?
So it seems to be a combination of two problems: the power supply and the remote control. -
Hi George,
The K2 app isn’t the correct app. You need the “general” Innovv app, the one with the red logo.
iPhones also sometimes have trouble establishing a Wi-Fi connection with the Innovv camera. Try putting your iPhone in airplane mode and then manually establishing a Wi-Fi connection with the Innovv camera. -
Hi Chris,
You don’t have an antivirus and/or VPN enabled on your phone?
As far as I know, everything worked fine on your previous bike?
What’s the power supply status on the bike where the K5 is currently installed?
Is the blue LED on the power supply lit continuously? -
Hi Andriy,
If the K3 is still under warranty, I would contact the seller. You might be able to claim a new camera under warranty.
