Unfortunately, the Innovv app is not available for a computer (Windows & Mac).
A good alternative is Dashcam Viewer. Even with the free version, you already have more than enough features.
With Dashcam Viewer, you can play back your videos (picture-in-picture with both cameras). You can see where you have driven (map) and various graphs of your trips are available.

Flashing the firmware can only be done using an SD card with a storage capacity between 8 and 32GB.
Flashing with an SD card larger than 32GB may cause problems, or the flashing may not be performed at all.

If, despite swapping the (physical) cameras, the problem can be traced back to the DVR.
Regarding formatting the SD card, did you do that using the Innovv app or a computer? Formatting is best done using the app. Problems can sometimes arise with a card formatted using a computer as well.
Is the power supply voltage still sufficient after starting? An engine running at idle sometimes has (too) low voltage. The voltage only increases when you rev ​​it up.
To ensure the firmware isn’t causing any issues, you can re-flash it.
Should the problem persist despite everything, you can claim it from the seller of the K7 if the K7 is still under warranty. -

It is possible that the camera has become defective. After all, it is technology that can fail.
Is the front camera still recording properly?
Check if the camera itself shows any damage. Are all connectors still intact, clean, and dry? Check if the rubber ring is still present in the connector; this prevents moisture from entering. Also check if the camera cable is still intact and not pulled too tight.
Is the rubber seal behind the SD card slot cover also still present?
Did you not experience any issues with low battery voltage? Low battery voltage can cause the firmware to malfunction. This is easy to fix by re-flashing the firmware. -

The sequence is determined by a combination of date, time, a sequence number, and an indication of the front/rear camera. All of this is combined in the naming of the video files. So you can identify a file quite quickly. See the image of a number of my K6 files.I don’t know exactly how long the K6 retains its time/date. This also depends on whether the K6 is connected to a USB power bank or to a constant power supply via a DC converter. It is my habit that if I haven’t used the K6 for more than two weeks, I perform a time synchronization with the app before I go riding. This is done quickly in the app, and then I know for sure that the time/date is correct again.

If the problem moves from the back to the front when swapping the front and rear cameras, the camera in question is defective.
If the problem persists at the rear despite swapping the camera, the issue must be sought with the DVR or cabling. Is the cabling undamaged and are the connectors still intact, clean, and dry?
The blinking of the green LED can have different meanings, depending on how long and how fast the LED blinks; please also refer to the manual.
Does the SD card meet the specifications as stated by Innovv, with write speeds higher than U1?
Did you also format the SD card using the app?

Fortunately, those small SD cards are not expensive😉.
A small card is necessary due to the required file system, FAT32. This is because NTFS and exFAT are not suitable for flashing the firmware.
And you can still claim the K7 under warranty if the warranty is still valid.

Once you have installed the K7 on your R1300 RS, could you perhaps post photos/videos of how you did it? You could help other R1300RS riders with this.

It is normal for the DVR to get warm; the housing acts as a heatsink for the electronics. And getting warm means that it is still safe to touch.
However, if the DVR becomes too hot to touch, that is not good. Especially if the motor has been off for quite some time, the DVR should not heat up any further. So, there is definitely something wrong. I cannot determine whether this is due to a camera or the DVR. This will be a trial-and-error situation.
On the other hand, if the K5 is still under warranty, you can claim it fully under warranty. -

Then check if the yellow wire loses power when the ignition is switched off.
To rule out problems with the firmware, you can re-flash the firmware without any issues. -

Have you set the ‘loop recording duration’ in the app?
If this is not set, the oldest recording is not overwritten by the newest recording. So if the card is full, no more recordings will be made. The card can also fill up if there are many ‘protected’ recordings. After all, protected recordings are not overwritten. -

You can disconnect the RC6 from the battery to turn off the RC6.
Once you have disconnected the RC6, measure the battery voltage to see if it is still sufficient. A battery voltage that is too low can also cause problems with switching on/off. It is possible that a low battery voltage has corrupted the RC6’s firmware. I experienced this myself once with the K5.If the battery voltage is good, reconnect everything and see if it works. To rule out that one of the RC6 components is defective and causing the malfunction, you can disconnect the components one by one and then check if the camera functions correctly and switches on/off via the ignition.
Also check if the connection of the yellow wire switches along with the ignition.If the problem persists, re-flash the firmware.
If you are handy with a multimeter, completely disconnect the RC6 from the power supply and measure if power is still being drawn from the battery. This indicates whether there is a leakage current somewhere that is draining your battery.
