    Hi Paul,
You can click away the message ‘connected without internet’ without any problems. If you then look at your wifi connections you will see that you have a wifi connection with your H5.
Are you using the right app? Innovv has its own app for the H5. This app is also called ‘Innovv H5’ and has a black logo. The Innovv app with the red logo is for the other Innovv cameras.
If you still can’t get a connection, let us know where the problem is, possibly post print screens and explain what you have already tried.

    Hi Paul,
When you connect the H5 using Wifi with your phone, your phone sees this connection as the access route to the internet. But the H5 is not a connection to the internet, it is only a ‘hotspot/wifi’ connection to your H5. This may be the reason why your phone is reporting that there is no internet connection. After all, your phone (Android) is constantly looking for a connection to the internet.
Connection to the internet is only necessary if you want to play downloaded videos in the app and you want to see your track playing ‘live’ on a map (e.g. Google Maps).
The Innovv instruction is only applicable to iPhones. This is because iPhones sometimes have trouble making a wifi connection to the Innovv cameras.

    Hi Mark,
By saving you probably mean downloading to your phone.
During downloading there is no recording in my experience.
I suspect that you want to download while driving because downloading takes (too) much time and the ignition of the bike has to remain on all that time.
The fastest way to get a lot of files is to put the SD card in your computer and then copy everything to your computer. Downloading to your phone unfortunately remains a long-term activity.

2025-02-23 at 22:08 in reply to: Connection via Healtech power distributor.

    Hi James,
It is important that the Healtech power distributor can supply enough power for the K7.
There are several examples of similar power distributors that have caused problems because they did not supply enough power.
If the power is cut off by the Healtech, the parking mode will not work either. There is no internal battery in the K7.
The yellow wire is needed to be able to start the K7 correctly, and what is certainly also important is that the K7 is also switched off correctly. This is to prevent a corrupt SD card and other problems.
What is the reason that you want to connect the K7 via a Healtech power distributor?
My advice is to power the K7 directly from the battery. You could use your Healtech power distributor to control the yellow wire.

    Hi David,
I myself have always turned this function off. So I don’t know for sure anymore. But if I remember correctly, this function indicates the acceleration/deceleration at the bottom of the screen. Nothing else is done with this data. The data is placed in the row of speed, date and location.

2025-02-14 at 23:45 in reply to: K5 only record when it feels like it.

    Hi David,
Does the K5 freeze every 30 minutes, or is it a different time each time?
How do you have the wifi timer set?
Did you format the SD cards using the Innovv app?
    Are all connectors properly connected?
If the K5 freezes, can you check whether something ‘electrical’ has happened, for example turning on lights, using the horn, etc. Can you also measure the battery voltage? The LED on the power module, is it lit or flashing and if so, what color? Can you power the K5 with a USB power bank? First disconnect the power module. This is to see whether the problem is in the power supply or the power module.
Have you also tried to flash the firmware again?
You have been testing for over 10 hours, what and in what way did you test everything?

    Hi Mike,
Is it possible that you don’t have drivers to play .MP4 files?
Try downloading VLC media player, http://www.videolan.org

    Hi Graig,
You don’t need the app to record.
The app is needed if you want to adjust settings in the K6 or download videos to your phone.
To avoid conflicts with streaming, I advise you to set the wifi timer as short as possible. For example 2 minutes. Please note that if you are going to download videos, you set the wifi timer longer.
You can see the status of the wifi and recording using the LEDs (green/red). See also the user manual, which can be found at https://innovv.com/pages/k6-dashcam-support

    Hi Stephen,
Maybe not exactly the same type bike, but maybe this video can help you https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9w48ykh1k6E
K3 and K7 are physically almost the same.

    Hi Herman,

Does the H5 turn on when you feed it directly via the USB connection? And if you hold the button down a bit longer, does anything happen?

    Hi Peter,
I see that firmware version IK7.20241016.V04 has been re-posted on the site. NOW also with a 2.4G version.
The text of the changelog has also been adjusted somewhat.
You can download it here https://innovv.com/pages/innovv-k7-support

I have now reported the 32GB card ‘problem’ to Innovv. I am curious about their response.

    Hi Phil,
Good luck with the installation of the N1.
If the installation is successful, could you post some pictures? This might help other Cam-Am Spider drivers install their N1.

    Have fun with your N1.

2025-01-05 at 17:57 in reply to: Can’t see any videos/photos on my K7 networked iPhone.

    Hi Peter,

I found the firmware on this site, https://innovv-bikecam.com/innovv-k7-support/
But now it is no longer there, I just saw. Now I see the 20240514.V02. If you want the 20241016.V04-5G version, I can send it to you, let me know.

In principle, updating should be easy as described on the Innovv site.

    • Format an SD card (FAT32)
    • Copy the firmware file (IN-K7-1.bin) to the SD card. Do not change the name and do not create a folder)
    • Insert the SD card into the K7
    • Start the K7
    • Firmware update is performed automatically (may take a while)
    • K7 starts automatically after updating.

Well, every brand has its own procedures for updating. It is easier for one than for the other.
You did it. If you have any questions, let me know.

    Have fun with your K7
