Can you tell us exactly where you put the gps sensor please?

It uses a small amount of current to sense movement etc.

When voltage drops to 12.5V it shuts right down.

I have let my bike sit a few days with no issues on startup.

Jumping should not affect any attached device.

Ummm, so, I wear hearing aids, but they are in my pocket while riding because the helmet knocks them off. Since I check videos as soon as I stop the bike, the sound went straight to my pocket.

May I ask if both the DVR unit and cameras run very hot?

Will this be the case when it is in “parking” mode?

Any idea of the current draw when parked? I have a locked garage so doubt I’d use it there in case it sits a week. I will use it at all,other times I’m parked.

Thanks, Hans. I have not used a switch yet and that is what confused me. The Can Buss isolator provides a constant voltage. I’m told it is best to use the isolated source, but I’ll go direct if necessary.

Just finished Goldwing install. I find 2K is stable, very stable. But could just be the suspension works well. Did not try 1080P but will soon.
