<p>Please help to troubleshoot the problem:</p>
<p>Step 1, disconnect the power converter and power the unit with a USB power bank(5V, 2A or more). Please don&#8217;t use the usb port on the motorcycle.</p>
<p>Step 2, please connect the converter again, take out the SD card then turn on the ignition to see if the K5 can be powered up&hellip;</p>
