Hi Andrew,
In what format are the recordings made? As a .TS or as an .MP4?
Phones can sometimes have problems with .TS files. For example, download VLC player on your phone to play .TS files. Or set in the Innovv app to record in .MP4.Are you using the right app? I don’t read which camera you use the app for. But the K series and the H camera have their own specific app.

Hi Basil,
Who have you communicated with regarding your complaint? Innovv is always quick with answers. Can you also tell us what your complaints are about the Third Eye? Maybe we can help you through this forum. Please describe your complaints as clearly as possible and what you have already tried to resolve the complaints.
If necessary, add a photo/video of the complaints. -
Hi Mark,
Thanks for the feedback that the problem has been resolved.
Have fun with your K3. -

Hi Mark,
Was the seal on the package broken? Then the packaging has been opened.
A red LED means that the supply voltage is too low.
If you start the bike and no LED lights up, this is not correct.
The fact that the blue LED flashes after the bike is turned off is also a sign that something is wrong. What did you connect the yellow wire to, on a contact switched power supply?
If the LED flashes red and blue, the supply voltage is around the tipping point of 12.5V.
Did you connect the red and black wire directly to your battery? Can you measure the battery voltage with a multimeter? What is the voltage when the bike is off and what is it when the bike is running?
Can you also connect a power bank to the USB connection on the DVR? Then disconnect the DC converter. Will the K3 turn on? The power bank must be able to supply at least 2A.
During normal use (good battery voltage), the blue LED always lights up continuously, both when the bike is switched off and when the bike is running. If the battery voltage becomes too low when the bike is switched off, the red LED lights up (parking mode is then switched off).

Hi Jeff,
You can try to connect the yellow wire directly to the positive terminal of the battery, then see if the K5 turns on.
If you disconnect the power module and connect a power bank to the USB connection, see if the K5 turns on. If the K5 turns on, the problem lies with the power module. If the K5 does not turn on, remove all parts (rear camera, GPS module, etc.) one by one to see if one of these parts is defective and is preventing the K5 from turning on. Make sure that you use a power bank that can supply enough current, at least 2A.

Hi Jeff,
How and where did you connect the yellow wire?
This is the wire that switches the K5 on and off via a contact-switched power supply. If the power on this wire does not switch, the K5 will not turn on.How did you connect the red and black wire?
Have you tightened the (power supply) connectors properly?

Hi Bob,
How did you make contact with Innovv?
Normally Innovv responds quickly to emails and messages on this forum. Is your rear camera no longer recording, or do you have another problem with your rear camera?
No recordings from the rear camera are stored on the SD card? -
Hi Pascal,
I don’t think you’re waiting long enough. During the update, the red LED will first flash normally. After a while it will flash quickly. The K6 then restarts and the update is completed.
See also the recording of how the update works for me.

Hi Rick,
It may also be that the red LED indicates that your battery voltage is too low. What happens when you start the motorcycle (I don’t see this in your test)? Then the on-board voltage should be higher (above 13V) and the red LED should go out and the blue LED should come on.
Can you turn on the K2 by pressing the button on the DVR? -
To have recordings automatically deleted, set a loop duration. When the card is full, the oldest recording is automatically overwritten first. First in – first out principle.
Recordings in the accident folder? This can be set using the G-sensor. The more sensitive the G-sensor is set, the sooner recordings are saved in the accident folder. So the more sensitive the K5 is to shocks, shaking and vibrations.
Protected folder. If you briefly press the button on the remote control, the current recording will be placed in the protected file folder. The recording will then not be overwritten by the loop function.

Hi Howard,
I’m curious if the K6 turns off or just loses connection when you turn off the ignition. If the K6 switches off, this is because the K6 is given the ‘command’ to switch off by the yellow wire (ignition switched). My Samsung remembers the last used WiFi connection. The connection to the K6 is then automatically re-established when the K6 is turned on. Only if I have had another WiFi connection, for example my home network, do I have to manually rebuild the K6 WiFi connection. The WiFi password is saved, so I don’t have to enter it every time.

Hi Rostam,
Unfortunately, little is possible with the open ports. The app gives you the most options. Selecting multiple downloads is only possible with the app or by inserting the SD card into the computer. The last option is also the fastest option.
As far as I know there is no FTP server running within the K5 software. -
