    Hi Skylar,
The folder where the downloaded videos are saved can be seen in settings; the path is listed near the bottom.

    Hi Michel,
Good to hear that the rear camera is working for you.
The app settings are stored in the K5. Every time you access the app’s settings, they are read from the K5.
iPhones sometimes have a tendency to not establish a good Wi-Fi connection. If so, put your iPhone in airplane mode and then manually connect to the K5. Do you also have a VPN server running on your iPhone? If so, disable it as well.
Perhaps this is the reason why the K5 does not adopt the settings properly.

    Hi Tommy,

    1:
If there are no incidents, the videos are not recorded in the accident folder. Depending on the G-sensor sensitivity setting, the videos are saved in the accident folder.
You have to find the correct G-sensor setting through trial and error. Set the G-sensor to the most sensitive setting. Go for a ride and check the recordings. Set the G-sensor to a slightly lower sensitivity and check the recordings. Reduce the G-sensor sensitivity until no recordings appear in the accident folder during a normal ride.

    2:
You can only delete protected files by formatting the SD card using the Innovv app. Please note that this will delete all recordings, including those in all other folders.
You can also insert the SD card into your computer and then empty the accident folder. This is not recommended, as the Innovv camera may then no longer be able to handle the SD card properly.

    Hi Marko,
I think you’ve tried everything by now and the conclusion might be that the K7 is defective.
Since your K7 isn’t even a year old, I believe you’re still entitled to a warranty. But you’ll have to discuss that with the K7’s seller.

    Hi Tim,
    Nice to see the video.
You can see that the K6 wants to control the light intensity well. The front camera with the lens protector in the picture produces a brighter image than the other front camera. This is due to the ratio of darker to brighter areas in the image.
The wavy effect is because the camera vibrates at a higher frequency. Experimenting with the mounting to prevent this rippling effect is necessary. It’s even possible that if you can remove the rubber, the wavy effect will disappear.
I’ve been using Innovv cameras for many years and haven’t had any problems with stone chips. Either it’s a coincidence that a stone has never hit my camera, or the lenses are made of strong material that can handle some stone chips.
And as for the sound, the K6 doesn’t have the best microphone. I’ve put a piece of foam over the microphone opening, and that works reasonably well as a dead cat. But it’s never going to be completely free of wind noise. Good luck with adjusting both of your K6s

    Hi Marko,
It is recommended to only format the SD card using the Innovv app. A card formatted with a computer sometimes cannot be properly processed by an Innovv camera.
What setting did you use for ‘Loop Recording Duration’? Is this option enabled? If not, then old recordings will not be overwritten.
How did you connect the power supply? Where did you connect the yellow wire? Is this a switched power supply?
If no lights come on on the remote control, how do you know the DVR is on?
Without an SD card, the K7 should turn on.
If you disconnect each component in turn (camera, GPS receiver, etc.), does the K7 turn on? A faulty component could prevent the K7 from starting up.

    Hi Wayne,
Are you unable to access the switched power supply from your license plate lights?
The RS doesn’t have a fuse box? Or is everything CANbus-controlled?
Isn’t there any preparation for a GPS? Often, a power supply, including a switched wire, for a GPS is already available near the dashboard. Perhaps your motorcycle dealer can help you with this?

    Hi Tim,
Thanks for explaining your installation. Perhaps you could add some photos? The idle power consumption is so low that you can leave both K6s powered without any problems.
With all the switches, be sure to properly disconnect K6 by first de-energizing the trigger wire. Forcefully de-energizing the K6 can corrupt the SD card and cause video loss.
With two K6s, you can also test more easily with different settings. This way, you’ll have equivalent test videos. I sometimes do this with the K3 and K5 I have mounted on my motorcycle.

    Enjoy your K6s!

    Hi Lissau,
The red LED refers to the GPS LED on the remote control.

PS, another tip: Change your first name on the forum. It’s not recommended to use your email address as your (first) name. You’ll likely receive (more) spam.

    Hi Jens,
If you push the SD card all the way in, it should spring back slightly and stay in place.
You’ll need something narrow to push the SD card all the way into the DVR. Simply pushing it in with your finger won’t work. The SD card needs to be pushed in deeper than the edge of the slot.

    Hi Michel,
When I disconnect the rear camera, all settings are saved.
The Wi-Fi LED flashes when there’s no Wi-Fi connection. It also flashes when the rear camera is not connected.
The Wi-Fi LED stays on continuously when there’s a Wi-Fi connection to my phone.

    Hi Skylar,
The video appears to be recording an ‘accident video’. Try lowering the sensitivity of the G-sensor.
The Wi-Fi LED is on continuously, so you should have a constant Wi-Fi connection with your phone.
Playing videos directly from the camera in the app may sometimes be choppy. With a weak Wi-Fi connection, some data has to be downloaded before the video can continue playing. In the app, this is played via ‘Camera Files’.
If you first download the videos to your phone and then play them via ‘Local Files,’ I expect it will work better. Could you also be running a virus scanner on your phone? That could also be causing the choppy video. The virus scanner scans some data, releases it, then scans the next piece of data, and so on.

    Hi Stephen,
As described in the manual, the yellow wire should be connected to a switched-mode power supply. This yellow wire is the control wire that turns the K7 on and off.
If you want to record video when the motorcycle is knocked over, you need to turn on the Parking Monitor using the app. The battery voltage must also be sufficient. If the battery voltage is too low, the Parking Monitor will not function.
