Hi Johnny,
If you purchased the K5 from Innovv via Amazon, it’s best to contact Innovv directly at [email protected]. They can then tell you how to proceed.PS, I removed the order number from your message. This is private information and should not be shared with others.

Hi Johnny,
Do I understand correctly that the K5 is working properly again?
Or does the K5 only work properly when the rear camera is disconnected?
If the latter is the case, then the problem lies with the rear camera. My advice is to contact the seller of the K5 so you can claim a new rear camera under warranty. -
Hi Dan,
Thanks for sharing.

Hi Corey,
Didn’t you change a setting on your K7 or your phone that’s causing the screen to stop working?
Have you had the SD card in your computer in the meantime? If so, format it again with the Innovv app.
Could you test it with another phone? That way, you can rule out whether the issue is with the phone or the K7? -
Hi Luke,
You can switch the red wire if you switch the yellow wire first, for example, by connecting a switch to the yellow wire. Once you’ve properly shut down the K7 with this switch and it turns off after about 25 seconds, you can then disconnect the red wire from the power supply.
When starting, first power up the red wire and then power up the yellow wire again through the switch. -
Hi Johnny,
Did you connect the yellow wire to a continuous power supply?
The yellow wire should be connected to a switched power supply.
The DVR may get warm, but it should still be touchable. What happens if you disconnect the rear camera?
You might want to reflash the firmware. Has the K5 worked properly before? -

I also hope the N2 and N1 series can be expanded to OBD2. It could be a nice option for greater vehicle integration. Innovv’s development also depends on market demand and Innovv’s vision. So how the N1 and N2 will be further developed… that remains to be seen. It’s a competitive market, and the development/cost margin is quite small. -
Hi George,
I have no experience with MRA myself. But you could perhaps send a PM to forum user Roy (@Donatello) . He has experience with the N1, iPhone, and MRA. -
Hi Michael,
If you search the forum for Can-Am or Spyder, you’ll find a few threads. Perhaps you could PM the thread starters for information. -
Hi George,
For the latest firmware, you can contact Innovv at [email protected].
If you try pairing with another phone, preferably not an iPhone, does the N1 still crash? -
Hi Hans,
When you press the button, the current recording will be saved in the ‘Protected Video’ folder. This will also be the last recording at that time. You can only protect the current (and therefore most recent) recording. You cannot protect a previously made recording.
The flashing green camera LED means that the current recording is being saved as a ‘protected video’; see the manual. -
In principle, the latest recording is always saved because it’s continuously recording. If you’ve connected the K7 according to the manual, you never need to start a recording with the button. The K7 turns on when the ignition is turned on and then automatically starts recording.
Pressing the button only ensures that the current recording is saved to a different folder and isn’t overwritten when the SD card is full.
But what exactly is your question/problem? -

Is the red wire switched on at the same time? If so, this could cause problems. If the red wire switches off at the same time as the yellow wire, the K7 won’t be able to shut down properly. This can corrupt the system, resulting in various problems. The factory reset is performed by holding down the button on the remote control for 10 seconds or more.

Hi Neal,
Check your card. Could it be that the vibration from driving is causing the card to no longer be properly seated in the card slot? It’s also possible that the G-sensor is set too sensitive, and the recordings are being saved as protected/accident files. Check the corresponding folders to see if the recordings are there.

This isn’t how the button is supposed to work. The button shouldn’t get stuck.
