Hi Edwin,
Unfortunately, viewing the video of the theft is only possible if you’ve recovered the bike. You can’t view or track the Innovv cameras remotely (beyond the camera’s Wi-Fi range).
To track your bike if it’s stolen, you’ll need to install a GPS tracker. For example, one from Monimoto https://monimoto.com/
I know Innovv is exploring the possibility of releasing a GPS tracker. So, we’ll have to wait and see. -
Hi Maurizio,
You can format the SD card with the app.
Are you inserting the SD card into your phone? Or are you seeing the card error in the Innovv app? Please provide more information:
– What actions are you taking when you get the error?
– What brand of phone are you using?
– What have you already tried to solve the problem?
– Any additional information?I’ve edited your message and removed all the text formatting to make it more readable. Could you please also write your messages in English?

Hi Marcel,
I don’t think this will work. Since we’re talking about two different brands of equipment.
Generally, BMW uses a CANbus system, while Innovv works completely differently. The radar sensor’s structure is also completely different, so the calculations based on the radar unit’s readings will also be completely different.
It’s not as simple as replacing one bulb with another😉. -

The K7 getting warm isn’t a problem, as long as it doesn’t get hot. The K7’s casing also acts as a heat sink.
Are the missing recordings also not visible under Accident Videos or Protected Videos? If so, try reducing the sensitivity of the G-sensor.
Is the connector on the remote control properly connected? -
Hi Richard,
What does the LED on the power supply indicate? What color is it, and is it lit continuously or flashing? This applies to both the ignition and the ignition being switched off.Can you check what happened an hour and a half after switching off the ignition? Perhaps you have a battery optimizer connected?
In the app, you can check your firmware version at the bottom of the settings page; it’s listed under “FW Version.” What version is this? What settings did you make in the app?
You can safely reinstall the firmware to be sure.

Hi Karl,
When you watch videos through the app, are you watching the videos stored in the camera (Camera Files) or the videos you’ve downloaded (Local Files)?
What steps do you take to watch the videos?
When you read the SD card on a computer, do you see that recordings are still being made?
Also, if there are many files stored on the SD card, it may take a little longer for the video files to appear in the overview of saved videos. -
Hi Johnny,
If you purchased the K5 from Innovv via Amazon, it’s best to contact Innovv directly at [email protected]. They can then tell you how to proceed.PS, I removed the order number from your message. This is private information and should not be shared with others.

Hi Johnny,
Do I understand correctly that the K5 is working properly again?
Or does the K5 only work properly when the rear camera is disconnected?
If the latter is the case, then the problem lies with the rear camera. My advice is to contact the seller of the K5 so you can claim a new rear camera under warranty. -
Hi Dan,
Thanks for sharing.

Hi Corey,
Didn’t you change a setting on your K7 or your phone that’s causing the screen to stop working?
Have you had the SD card in your computer in the meantime? If so, format it again with the Innovv app.
Could you test it with another phone? That way, you can rule out whether the issue is with the phone or the K7? -
Hi Luke,
You can switch the red wire if you switch the yellow wire first, for example, by connecting a switch to the yellow wire. Once you’ve properly shut down the K7 with this switch and it turns off after about 25 seconds, you can then disconnect the red wire from the power supply.
When starting, first power up the red wire and then power up the yellow wire again through the switch. -
Hi Johnny,
Did you connect the yellow wire to a continuous power supply?
The yellow wire should be connected to a switched power supply.
The DVR may get warm, but it should still be touchable. What happens if you disconnect the rear camera?
You might want to reflash the firmware. Has the K5 worked properly before? -
Any firmware version of the K7 can work with a 512GB card.

Hi Corey,
Thanks for the feedback.
Have fun with your K7. -
Hi Neal,
Check your card. Could it be that the vibration from driving is causing the card to no longer be properly seated in the card slot? It’s also possible that the G-sensor is set too sensitive, and the recordings are being saved as protected/accident files. Check the corresponding folders to see if the recordings are there.
