Hi Chris,
If these two connections have continuous power, you can use them. However, you will still need a switched power supply.
If the TomTom Rider has a switched power supply, you can use that as well. You will still need a constant power supply.
See also the wiring diagram in the manual to see which power supply to connect to which cable.
Please ensure that the power supplies used are 12V and that the constant power supply can deliver sufficient current, at least 620mA.

Hi Norman,
You can also power the K3 via a USB power bank using this USB connection. If you do this, be sure to disconnect the DC converter first.
Additionally, you can connect the K3 directly to your computer using a USB cable to download the videos. My own experience is that not every computer accepts this USB connection. Whether this is due to the hardware of my computers or the Windows version, I have no idea. I never use this connection. -

I would like to hear if it worked with the K6.
If the picture is still not good, try setting a lower resolution. This is to rule out whether the phone/computer you are playing the video on is fast enough for a higher recording resolution. -

Thanks for the feedback. So it is working as it should again, I understand.
It is possible that the N2 indeed remembers the last measured value. And the value is only refreshed when the pressure measurement changes. It is also possible that the pressure sensors only send a value when movement is detected. This is to save battery power. -

Can you set the Wi-Fi timer on the N2 (using the Innovv App)? If this is possible, you could set it to a short time. On the K7, set the Wi-Fi timer to longer/continuous. After the Wi-Fi on the N2 is automatically turned off, only the Wi-Fi on the K7 remains. -

It is strange that dust got into your lens. The K5 has an IP67 rating. So the K5 is supposed to be dustproof. Could it be that the rubber seal behind the SD card slot cover is missing?
You can open the K5 by removing the 4 Phillips screws at the top. It is fiddly work, but if you are handy, you can carefully remove everything internally and get to the lens. -

The SD card meets the specs set by Innovv. The K3 can handle SD cards up to 256GB and requires at least a U1 (UHS Speed Class 1) or V10 (Video Speed Class 10) rating or higher.
Did you format the SD cards using the Innovv app? If you format them using the computer, the K3 might not work well with the SD card.
The green camera LED, how often and how fast does it blink? This can give an indication of what is happening. See the manual as well.
So, the fact that the green LED might blink is normal? Have you already checked if you are missing any recordings or if they are stored in the Accident or Protected Videos folder, for example?

The SD card specs are fine.
Which software are you using to view the images on the computer?
Do you have the same playback problem on another computer as well?
It is also recommended to format the SD card using the Innovv app. This ensures the SD card has the correct file indexing.

I don’t know the specifications of the screws. I assume you mean the screws that provide access to the SD card.

What if you remove the sensor, temporarily remove the battery, then put the battery back in and place the sensor back on your wheel? -
Hi Dean,
No Wi-Fi signal, how is your Wi-Fi timer set? It might be set to a time that is too short for you. However, when you turn on the K6, you should see the Wi-Fi signal for at least a few minutes.
Does the LED on the K6 show that the Wi-Fi is on after startup? If you are using an iPhone, try putting it in airplane mode and then try to establish a Wi-Fi connection manually.
It is also possible that the power supply cannot deliver enough power. In that case, the Wi-Fi module is not switched on (properly) either.
