Hi Sabu,
The K7 works fine otherwise, so it’s just a problem with the remote control?
A non-working remote control can have several causes, including:- The remote control has become defective.
- The connector is loose
- Moisture in the connector
- Defective cable due to a cable that is too tight
- and more……

Hi Mark,
I sometimes have the same problem with my Android (Samsung, Android 16) device.
What I do is close all open apps and screens first after establishing the Wi-Fi connection. I click the three lines at the bottom left of the screen and then select “close all”.
It also sometimes helps me to wait a moment (a few seconds) after opening the app before continuing in the app.
And if I first select the ‘Document’ menu within the app, it works fine afterwards.
As far as I’m concerned, this is a bug in the Innovv app.@INNOVV , could you pass this problem on to R&D?

Hi Rob,
Unfortunately, rotating 90 degrees is not possible. The H5 was released for helmet mounting, and therefore there is no way to mount the H5 rotated 90 degrees. It is also not possible to rotate the image using software (camera sensor ratios).
Do you know anyone with a 3D printer who can print a modification for you? Or you would have to rotate all the images using video editing software. -
Hi Bert,
Have you read the user manual yet?
Do both the green and red LEDs turn off? Or only one of the two? If so, which one?
It is also possible that the K6 is not receiving enough power. If this is the case, the K6 switches off when the Wi-Fi module is enabled. This is because the Wi-Fi module requires more power, and if this is not available, the K6 switches off.
During normal use, the K6 records continuously in segments of the ingested time, so in your case, 3 minutes. When the SD card is full, the oldest recording is deleted to make room for the newest recordings.
Make sure to format the SD card using the Innovv app. -
Hi Dave,
Basically, you only need the Wi-Fi connection to the K6 if you want to change settings on the K6 and if you want to download videos.
For normal use, you do not need the Wi-Fi connection to the K6.
The K6 does not have Bluetooth. -
Hi Martin,
Have you already uninstalled and reinstalled the Innovv app on your phone?Android: Settings – Apps – Innovv, select Force Stop at the bottom, select Clear Data under Storage, go back a step, and then select Delete.
Then reinstall the app.

Hi Dave,
If you have a Wi-Fi connection with the K6 and you want to connect another device to your phone via Wi-Fi, the connection with the K6 will be lost. Your phone can only establish one Wi-Fi connection at a time. So either with the K6 or with the Carpuride 502 -
Hi Arnon,
Have you connected the power supply correctly? Red and black wires to continuous power, preferably connected directly to the battery. And the yellow wire to a switched power supply? Does this yellow wire lose voltage when the ignition is turned off?
Does the RC6 function properly otherwise? So, does it detect approaching traffic and record videos correctly?
The main unit starts vibrating…. As far as I know, there is no vibration function in the main unit. So what is vibrating then?
Can you re-flash the firmware? -
Hi Nicholas,
The yellow wire must be connected to your Honda’s ignition. This ensures that the K6 turns on and starts recording when the ignition is turned on, and also stops and turns off when the ignition is switched off.
The red and black wires must have a continuous power supply, so they should not be switched. See also the owner’s manual.
As for the best place for the K6, perhaps this video can help you. https://www.youtube.com/shorts/jUwbba5LW_I

Hi Charles,
To watch your videos on your phone, you must first download them.
You can view them either directly from the camera (Camera Files) or after downloading them from your phone (Local Files) -
If you press this button in the app, what happens exactly? Perhaps you could send screenshots?
Does the screen remain completely black, is there text visible with the video feed (e.g. date/time, GPS data), and can you switch between the front and rear cameras? Do you see the image as in the 2nd picture?
