Hi Armando,
The two cameras are technically identical, only the cable lengths are different. When you connect the cameras, you’ll be able to see via the app which is the front and which is the rear camera. You can easily swap them by switching the connectors on the DVR unit.
I don’t have experience with Denali. But it’s important that the black and red wires have continuous power. The yellow wire must have a switched power supply that switches with the ignition. If your navigation system switches with the ignition, you can use this power supply to switch the K7 as well. -
Hi Tony,
Can you disconnect the components (cameras, GPS module, etc.) one by one to see if any of them have failed and are causing the K7 to malfunction? Make sure to leave at least one camera connected.
Is the power supply connected properly? The yellow switched power supply is connected. And the red and black are continuous power.
Can you also measure the supply voltage? -
Hi John,
It’s possible that a component of the K3 has failed, causing it to stop working.
You can disconnect the component individually (front camera, rear camera, GPS module, etc.) to see if the K3 boots normally. The K3 needs at least one camera to boot.
It appears the power converter is working properly.
You could also reflash the firmware to see if this has any effect. -
Hi Tony,
Can you provide more information about what exactly you’ve tried?
How quickly does the green LED flash? Depending on how quickly and how often it flashes, it might give you an indication of what the problem might be.
Have you tried reflashing the firmware?
Can you format the SD card with the app?
When you read an SD card with a computer, does it show anything at all?
Is there any more information available? -
Hi Charles,
Can you upload a recording? Or contact me via PM to send a file so I can see if I can play it.
Does your computer have the correct video codecs? -
Hi Tony,
You could try contacting the seller.
Certainly if it’s still under warranty. -
Hi Armando,
Could you please ask your question in English? This is the main language of this forum.
Please also remove the formatting codes, as they make it more difficult to read. -
Hi Tony,
I think you’ve tried everything possible. It’s also possible that the K3 has a defect that’s preventing it from working.
One last try? Try connecting to the K3 via Wi-Fi with a laptop. Use the laptop to find the K3’s Wi-Fi network and try connecting to it. The password is 12345678.
If you connect, open your web browser and go to 192.168.1.254 and click on INNOVVK3. You’ll then see the K3’s folders.
If all this works, the K3 is working fine, and the problem is most likely with your phone. -
Hi Tony,
Do you see the K3’s Wi-Fi network (something similar to INNOVV_K3_xxxx)?
Are you connecting with an Android or iPhone? iPhones sometimes have trouble connecting. In that case, I recommend putting the iPhone in Airplane mode and manually connecting to Wi-Fi.
Which version of the Innovv app are you using?
Do you have a VPN or antivirus/firewall enabled on your phone? If so, disable them. -

Hi Joe,
The advantage of a .ts file is that if the current video recording isn’t closed properly, it can still be played. An improperly closed .mp4 file is often unplayable. Failure to close a video recording properly can occur if the camera’s power is suddenly removed, preventing the camera from closing the recording properly. Consider a motorcycle accident, for example. Being able to play the last video recording for insurance purposes can be crucial in such cases. -
