Hi Joe,
This could be a good addition. You could email Innovv about this.
There should also be an option to set the speed at which the cameras should switch.
Also, the image display shouldn’t be delayed. Otherwise, you’ll see it too late. Mirrors always provide the most real-time display 😉 -
Hi Joe,
I don’t have an N2 myself, so I can’t test it myself unfortunately.
Do you have the version with the GPS module? If you have the version with the GPS module, do you see the speed/course displayed while driving?
Can you upload a .ts and an .mp4 file, or perhaps send it to me via PM? Then I can test it. I’m curious whether or not I can extract GPS data from it. -
Hi Robert,
I don’t know if the connections physically match. But if the Garmin wiring has a constant positive and negative terminal and a switched positive terminal, you can connect the N1/N2 wiring to the Garmin wiring. -
Hi James,
As far as I know, there have been hardware updates. On my unit, the red lights are connected directly to the main unit and not via a plug, as I understand from your explanation. So it’s possible there are multiple hardware types. But Innovv should be able to tell you.@Inn
@INNOVV are there different hardware versions (besides the mirror and watch versions)?
Did you replace both lights, or just the one that failed?
Does connecting them the other way around still not work?
It’s possible that only the lights were damaged by the moisture. You can try drying them by placing them in a sealed container with a hygroscopic material for a while, or by drying them for a long time in an oven. But it’s possible that the control box also failed due to a short circuit in the light. -
Hi KC,
When does the camera stop recording? Do you check this using the app, or are you missing recordings on the SD card?
The Wi-Fi timer setting doesn’t affect how recordings are made. It only affects how long the K6’s Wi-Fi is active.
The Wi-Fi connection can also drop if the power supply isn’t sufficient. How do you power the K6?
When you start missing recordings, does the K6 shut down/reboot? -
Hi Paul,
The g-sensor is used to set the sensitivity for accident videos. The higher the setting, the faster a video will be saved/protected as an accident video. An accident video is recorded when the g-sensor detects a collision.
The parking mode doesn’t work, simply because the K6 doesn’t have a parking mode. The parking mode isn’t mentioned in the manual either. -
Hi Paul,
Hold the button for a few seconds, and the K6 will boot.
Don’t forget to turn the K6 off again when you’re done using it. -
Hi Paul,
If the ignition is off, the K6 is turned off or will be turned off. The Wi-Fi connection will also be disconnected. You can manually turn on the K6 to re-establish the Wi-Fi connection and download the videos.PS, I’ve edited your message to make it more readable.
Which browser did you use and how did you post your message?
You probably copied the text from a translation app because it’s still in French. -
Hi Charles,
Is there any way to mount the N2 differently? Or is there a way to place a rubber ring between the mounting points for dampen the vibrations?
If the G-sensor is disabled and you crash or get hit while riding, this will be saved as a regular recording. Assuming you won’t be riding again after a crash, the recording won’t be overwritten. If you do start riding again, you’ll have to manually save the video before it’s overwritten. -
Hi Harry,
If the ticking stops when you hold the camera, I suspect it’s a capacitive issue. This could indicate an electrical fault.
Check the entire power supply and make sure the connectors aren’t touching (negative) ground. -

I was wondering if there might be a correlation between the length of the recording and the missing seconds. This might point towards a cause/solution.
If you record at a lower resolution or a different bitrate, does this still affect the problem?I don’t own a K7 myself, but I have experience with K2, K3, K5, H5, K6, N1 Pro, and ThirdEye. The K7 is still on my wish list.

With an interval other than 1 minute, does the problem still occur after 4-6 minutes? And with a longer interval, do you also miss more seconds? -
Hi Ben,
Thanks for sharing your info/tip about mounting it on the Triumph Speed 400.
Vibrations on a motorcycle are always a nightmare for videos.
It often depends on how and where the camera is positioned. Protruding parts of a motorcycle (handlebars, indicators, etc.) often also amplify vibrations. The same applies to plastic covers.
I hope taxi drivers will be more careful from now on. Unfortunately, I’ve had similar experiences with taxi and bus drivers here in the Netherlands. -

@INNOVV , see my email with more information.
